We, as a spcialized freight logistics company, needed one system to run sales and operations instead of juggling spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools. The Challenge

AMDIS delivered a CRM covering the full pipeline: lead creation, sales pipeline management, and order management, integrated with warehousing operations. Deals move through stages — Qualification, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost — with value, probability, owner, and due date tracked on every card.

User roles and permissions were built in from the start, so sales, operations, and warehouse teams each see exactly what they need. The system also manages QMS documents, keeping quality records in the same place as customer and order data.
The Results
Sales reps now track leads and orders without switching between tools, and management has real-time visibility into pipeline value and warehouse status at every stage. The single platform reduced handoff errors between sales and operations and shortened the time from lead to fulfilled order. Because the system was built around the company's actual workflow, adoption was fast and required minimal retraining.
